0:03.3 and the real challenging part about leadership is the variables are infinite they really really are you're dealing with humanity dealing with different personalities different behaviors different motivations heck you know I coach hockey and I've got nine and ten-year-olds out of the 15 we actually have 30 personalities on that team fly 30 well because on any given day you're gonna have happy to be here kid that's excited and then at a 6:00 a.m. practice that's going to be a different
0:39.4 kid I'll submit to you physically they are the same but that individual on Saturday is different than 6 a.m. Sunday practice kit and that's why leadership is so challenging and that's why it is such a fantastic endeavor and really at the end of the day we want to empower ourselves to step up and be a leader step up and take that leadership position even if it you're not perfect be
compassionate - towards yourself give yourself a pat on the back for stepping forward because at the end of the day leadership is about stepping up and
1:23.4 stepping in leading in not stepping back and disengaging so we really need to recognize leadership for being in it's in a critical part of navigating through crisis in particular every situation every crisis needs a hero not hero can come in the form of a leader
